Install or upgrade Allure Report

There is curently one recommended installation method for Allure Report 3.

More methods will be available once it comes out of beta, but for now:

• Install Allure Report 3 for Node.js (any system)

Note that Allure Report 3 is actively developed, and a lot of new features are introduced in newer versions. If you installed Allure Report a while ago, consider upgrading it.
